SOFT PVC LABEL
Custom soft PVC label can provide design in 2D or 3D. Label will leave a sewing gap on the border for user to sew on their backpack, jacket, hat or any other items they want. For the backing fittings, normally offer in none backing or Velcro backing.
Marktex can offer all products with ATBC-PVC material that pass EN71, Cadmium test and Phthalate Free, also conform to European Union standard.
Sewing Style:
There will be a groove on the edge of the PVC patch which is reserved for sewing, making it convenient for customers to sew the patch onto clothes, jackets, bags, and other items along the groove.
★★ Recommended Thickness: 2.0~2.5mm (Too thick is not suitable for sewing).
Hook-and-Loop Velcro Style:
After processing the back of the soft PVC label with hook surface Velcro, it can be directly adhered to items with already sewn fuzzy surfaces (loop side).
★★ If a corresponding fuzzy surface (loop side) is required, please inform us when inquiring about the price, stating the need for both hook and loop surfaces of Velcro.
Adhesive Sticker Style:
For items that cannot be sewn, the back can be equipped with self-adhesive sticker for sticking onto smooth surfaces. For example: mobile phones, suitcases, storage boxes, stationery, etc. Before use, wipe the sticking area clean, ensure it is dry, then align and stick. If stuck incorrectly, it may result in insufficient adhesion, requiring re-sticking. It is recommended to still reserve a sewing line groove on the front so that if the adhesion is insufficient in the future, it can still be securely fixed onto other items through sewing.
★★ Self-adhesive sticker is for one-time use only and cannot be reused repeatedly.

Molding the metal surface to form the design
Coloring:
● Design indentations are carefully hand-filled, one color at a time, using different sized syringes. The piece is then dried.
● Drying
● To prevent defects, a high degree of skill is required in order to keep each color and the correct amount of PVC in the proper area
Baking :
The metal piece is baked at approximately 350℉ for four to five minutes
Elimination:
Waste material is disposed off after the piece has been removed from the mould using tweezers or small scissors.
Attachment:
The attachment is affixed to each piece
