Bottle Opener Accessories : The embeddable position is versatile and can be designed to be placed in the center, top, bottom, etc. Usually, the circular bottle opener has the opening in the center, and the size should be 50mm or more.
For opening functions at the top or bottom, the size is approximately 70mm. The thickness varies depending on the 2D or 3D method, ranging from about 6mm to 8mm. In addition to the bottle opener accessory, it can also accommodate magnets or keychains for easy storage and carrying!

Mould:
Molding the metal surface to form the design
Coloring :
- design indentations are carefully hand-filled, one color at a time, using different sized syringes. The piece is then dried.
- Drying
- To prevent defects, a high degree of skill is required in order to keep each color and the correct amount of PVC in the proper area
Baking :
The metal piece is baked at approximately 350℉ for four to five minutes
Elimination:
Waste material is disposed off after the piece has been removed from the mould using tweezers or small scissors.
Attachment:
The attachment is affixed to each piece
