Produce by Male and Female Sheet Metal Punching Die’s
This consists of two dies, one is male (emboss above the surface)
and the other is female (depth below the surface).
Male die is placed on the downward ram and the female die is placed on the upward ram with the use of fixtures, then the required sheet metal is placed in between the two dies and pressed with required pressure and height.

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.

You may offer your ideas of what you want to show on your product and we will recommend the best production options according to your requirement. After that we will send you revised artwork for checking details. Once everything is confirmed, we can run on productions.
