DOUBLE-LAYERED LANYARD
Polyester with woven label (Woven Applique Lanyards)
The top layer of polyester contains your woven-in logo and this layer in sewn into the thicker bottom layer flat polyester lanyard. Width of lanyard generally in 25mm and top layer in 20mm. logo for woven band should be as simple as possible. If your logo or pattern is detailed, you may try polyester with sating label instead.
Polyester with satin label (Satin Applique Lanyards)
The top layer of satin can be logo printed and this layer in sewn into the thicker bottom layer flat polyester lanyard. General size of double layered lanyard is 25mm for bottom band and 20mm for top layer, but customized size is available as well. Due to satin (ribbon) material has better light transmittance than other fabric, when the bottom band is for darker color and top satin is in lighter color such as white color, the bottom band color may reveal on white satin after assembling and makes the white satin does not look quite white, please kindly aware of this.
Polyester with Reflective Stripe (High Vis Lanyard)
The top layer of Hi visible reflective stripe can be printed and this layer in sewn into the thicker bottom layer flat polyester lanyard.
This item is particularly suitable for outdoor night time or for children safety use; it’s highly reflective properties make it an ideal safety-conscious alternative.

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.

You may offer your ideas of what you want to show on your product and we will recommend the best production options according to your requirement. After that we will send you revised artwork for checking details. Once everything is confirmed, we can run on productions.
