ZINC ALLOY INJECTION
The zinc alloy craftsmanship is suitable for various metal badges, corporate identification lapel pins, badges, cultural and creative merchandise, event badges, and anime-related products. Compared to the 2D effects or subtle reliefs of brass and iron stamping, the main advantage of zinc alloy die-casting lies in its ability to showcase one-sided or fully three-dimensional designs. It is particularly suitable for layered or special techniques such as penetration (hollowing) and rotation. The products can be designed with great flexibility, and Rhinstone or epola can be added to adhere to the three-dimensional arch surface as needed.
In terms of electroplating options, besides the conventional gold, nickel, copper, antique colors, etc., dual-color electroplating can be achieved by combining two electroplating colors on one product, known as dual-color electroplating. Products can be paired with various combinations such as “gold + nickel” or “gold + matte nickel.”

Zinc alloy products are created through a casting process. After completing the mold, the molten metal is injected into the steel mold using the injection method, and high pressure is applied to extrude and shape the product. These products exhibit significant variability and achieve excellent polish, making them suitable for designing fashionable and sophisticated items. Due to the molding process, the products may have slight beveled edges. If you prefer a different edge effect, you can discuss suitable processing methods with our staff during the quotation process.

Mould:
A computerized system is used to engrave your design on the mold surface by a precious CNC engraving machine
Injection & Elimination:
Material injected into the mould.
On completion of injection, waste material is eliminated to reveal the completed design.
Elimination:
On completion of injection, waste material is eliminated to reveal the completed design.
Attachment:
The back attachment is spot welded on each piece.
Polishing:
The surface of the metal is polished until smooth
Coloring:
The design indentations are carefully hand-filled one color at a time using different size syringes, and placed to dry.
This process requires a high degree of skill on keeping each color and the right amount of enamel in the designated area to prevent defective workmanship
Plating:
Various plating colors can be processed now. The quality of plating varies with the time that metal is immersed in the
plating solution

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.
Before starting an order, please send us inquiry along with your design (vector file), size and quantity for quoting reference. You may offer your ideas of what you want to show on your product and we will recommend the best production options according to your requirement. After that we will send you revised artwork for checking details. Once everything is confirmed, we can run on productions.
