SOFT PVC PINS & KEYCHAINS
Bespoke molded soft PVC Lapel pin and key ring in 2D or 3D effect. Soft PVC lapel pin is a great Ideal for school emblem or mascot, company emblem or mascot, motivational Slogan and much more. Made of Soft PVC rubber, Soft PVC lapel pins and key chains are unlike the traditional metal pins/Key chain, they are more fun and colorful, soft feeling and weight less for transportation. Clients can choose Soft PVC colors from Pantone color book, it also can be done in transparent, neon or glow in the dark colors. We can offer all products with ATBC-PVC material that pass EN71, Cadmium test and Phthalate Free, also conform to European Union standard.

Mould:
Molding the metal surface to form the design
Coloring :
- design indentations are carefully hand-filled, one color at a time, using different sized syringes. The piece is then dried.
- Drying
- To prevent defects, a high degree of skill is required in order to keep each color and the correct amount of PVC in the proper area
Baking :
The metal piece is baked at approximately 350℉ for four to five minutes
Elimination:
Waste material is disposed off after the piece has been removed from the mould using tweezers or small scissors.
Attachment:
The attachment is affixed to each piece

All items are strictly inspected before delivery. customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.
